Q: Can I visit The Ware Gallery in person?

At this time, The Ware Gallery does not have a physical location. However, we frequently showcase art at galleries and events. Check out our Exhibitions & Events page for details.

Q: What types of artwork do you offer?

We specialize in contemporary art, including abstract, geometric, and expressive pieces. Our collections range from black-and-white works to vibrant, bold color creations.

Q: Do you offer commissioned artwork?

Yes! Matt Ware creates custom artwork tailored to your specifications, including size, color palette, and concept. To inquire about commissions, please visit our Custom Artwork page.

Q: Are all the pieces original?

Yes, every piece available at The Ware Gallery is an original work of art created by Matt Ware. Select pieces may also have limited-edition prints available.

Q: Do you sell prints?

Yes, we offer high-quality limited-edition prints for select pieces. Each print is signed, numbered, and printed on premium archival paper.

Purchasing & Shipping

Q: How can I purchase artwork?

You can purchase artwork directly through our website. Browse our Shop, select your desired piece, and complete the checkout process.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. During checkout, you’ll see available shipping options for your country.

Q: How is the artwork packaged?

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Smaller works and prints are shipped flat or in tubes, while larger pieces are securely crated.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Domestic Orders (U.S.): 5–10 business days.

International Orders: 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Q: Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

For local clients, we may offer pickup options in certain cases. Please contact us prior to purchasing for arrangements.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

We accept returns for original artwork and prints within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: Can I exchange a piece for another?

Exchanges are allowed for artwork of equal or lesser value within 14 days, provided the original piece is returned in perfect condition. Please contact us to discuss exchange options.

Q: What if my artwork arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that involves a replacement, repair, or refund.

Care & Maintenance

Q: How should I care for my artwork?

Paintings: Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme temperatures. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Prints: Frame the print using UV-protective glass or acrylic to preserve colors.

Q: Can I frame my purchase through The Ware Gallery?

We do not currently offer framing services, but we’re happy to provide recommendations for trusted framers in your area.

Q: Do you collaborate with other artists or brands?
